Medical Eligibility Review

Booking & Deposit Policy

To confirm your reservation at TheraNova Reset Institute, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 10% of the total program cost is required. This deposit secures essential logistics that are arranged exclusively for you this includes private transportation from California to Ensenada, hotel accommodations, meals, medical evaluations, and clinical preparation by our licensed team. If our medical team determines that you are not a candidate for ibogaine treatment upon evaluation at our facility, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it covers costs already incurred by the institute prior to treatment approval.
